Getting Started
How do I create a banner?
- Open the app
- Type your message in the text field
- Select a color by tapping the color buttons
- Choose an effect (Scroll, Blink, Pulse, or Static)
- Adjust speed and font size as you prefer
- Tap "Show Banner" to see your message in full screen
- Rotate your device to landscape mode for best viewing
Jam Mode
How does Jam Mode work?
Jam Mode allows you to sync banners between multiple devices.
To CREATE a session:
- Tap "Jam Mode"
- Select "Create Jam"
- Enter your name
- Choose a mode (Sync, Wave, or Chain)
- Tap "Create" and share the 4-character code with your friends
To JOIN a session:
- Tap "Jam Mode"
- Select "Join Jam"
- Enter your name and the 4-character code
- Tap "Join"
What's the difference between Jam modes?

| SYNC | Everyone displays the same message simultaneously |
| WAVE | The message propagates from device to device like a wave |
| CHAIN | Each device shows a different part of a longer message |
How many devices can join a Jam session?
The maximum number of devices per session depends on our WebSocket server capacity. Currently, sessions support multiple simultaneous connections. For large events or groups, we recommend creating separate sessions if you experience any connectivity issues.

Do I need internet?
- For individual banner use: NO, works offline
- For Jam Mode: YES, internet connection is required
Why doesn't my banner look good?
- Make sure your screen brightness is at maximum
- Try in a dimmer environment
- Check that the text isn't too long for the selected font size
Why can't I connect to a Jam session?
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the code is correct (4 characters)
- The session may have expired - ask the creator for a new code
